Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information YTGrowAI collects, how we use it and the choices you have. YTGrowAI is available at ytgrowai.com and is operated by Diyansh IT Services Private Limited. We keep the amount of personal information we hold as small as we can.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name and email address. We do not collect your Google password and we do not store your profile picture.
Account activity. We store your credit balance, referral code and referrals, daily check-in streak, redeemed promo codes and the social links you submit for Karma missions.
Technical information. Our servers keep standard log files with IP address, browser type, date and time and the pages requested. We use these for security and to keep the service running.
2. Data stored in your browser
Most of your working data stays on your device, in your browser's local storage. This includes fetched channel analytics, audit reports, AI chat history, content ideas, preferences and your sign-in token. We do not read or back up this data on our servers. Clearing your browser data, or using “Clear All Data” in the app, removes it, and it cannot be recovered.
3. YouTube API Services
YTGrowAI uses YouTube API Services to retrieve publicly available data such as channel statistics, video titles, views, likes, comment counts and publish dates for the channels you analyse. By using YTGrowAI you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Public channel data used for our YouTube Channel Stats pages is stored in our database so the pages load quickly. It is deleted automatically after 90 days unless the page is refreshed. You can ask us to remove or correct a channel page at any time.
4. AI features and third-party AI providers
AI features, such as Channel Audit, Content Planner, Chat Assistant and Video Audit, send the content you submit (your prompts, questions and the video or channel data needed for the task) to third-party AI models to produce a response. These requests are routed through OpenRouter to model providers such as Google Gemini and Perplexity. We do not store your prompts or the AI responses in our own database, and they are handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into AI features. The AI text shown on public channel pages describes public channels and is stored with the page.
5. How we use information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To provide the tools you use, and to track credits, referrals and rewards.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand general usage and improve YTGrowAI.
- To respond when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
6. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to the site in aggregate. This data is not linked to your account. We use browser storage and essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember settings such as light or dark theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate YTGrowAI, and only as needed: Google (sign-in, analytics and the YouTube API), our AI providers described above, and our hosting and database providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety and rights of our users and service.
8. How long we keep information
We keep account information while your account is active, until you ask us to delete it. Cached public YouTube data is deleted after 90 days. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and maintenance.
9. Security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS and limit access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing admin.ytgrowai@gmail.com. We will act on requests within a reasonable time. If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke YTGrowAI's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You control the data stored in your browser and can delete it at any time.
11. Children
YTGrowAI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and continued use of YTGrowAI after an update means you accept the new version.
