Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of YTGrowAI at ytgrowai.com, operated by Diyansh IT Services Private Limited. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
YTGrowAI provides analytics, AI-assisted analysis and planning tools for YouTube creators, and public pages with statistics about YouTube channels. Features can change, be added or be removed at any time.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, to use YTGrowAI.
3. Credits and Karma
- Credits pay for AI features and some data actions. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred and are not refundable.
- Free credits can be earned through Karma: daily check-ins, referrals, social missions and promo codes. Rewards and prices may change at any time.
- Do not abuse the system. Creating multiple accounts, fake referrals, false mission submissions or other manipulation may lead to removal of credits or suspension of the account.
- If we start selling credits, separate purchase terms will apply.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse YTGrowAI. In particular, do not attempt to break, overload or bypass the limits of the service, scrape it automatically, reverse engineer it, use it for anything unlawful, or use AI features to produce harmful, illegal, deceptive or infringing content.
5. AI features
AI features send what you submit to third-party AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. It is guidance, not professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you act on it or publish it. We may limit access to AI features if usage limits are exceeded or the service is abused.
6. YouTube API Services
YTGrowAI uses YouTube API Services to retrieve public channel and video data. By using YTGrowAI you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy. YTGrowAI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
7. Channel statistics pages
Public channel pages are provided for information only. Subscriber and view numbers come from YouTube. Engagement rates, averages and trend labels are our own calculations from public data and are not official figures. Background text is AI-assisted and based on public sources, and may contain errors. If you find a mistake or own a channel and want its page changed or removed, contact us.
8. Data stored in your browser
Your analytics, reports, chat history, ideas and settings are stored in your browser. You are responsible for that data, and we are not liable for data lost when you clear your browser storage, change devices or reach browser storage limits.
9. Intellectual property
The YTGrowAI website, design, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. You keep the rights to your own content and to the ideas and text you create using the tools, subject to the rights of the third parties whose data or models are involved. Third-party names and trademarks, including YouTube, belong to their owners.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to YTGrowAI at any time, especially if these terms are broken. You can stop using the service at any time and can ask us to delete your account.
11. Disclaimer
YTGrowAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not promise any particular result such as views, subscribers or income.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, YTGrowAI and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
13. Links to other sites
YTGrowAI links to third-party websites, including YouTube. We have not reviewed all of them and are not responsible for their content. A link does not mean we endorse the site.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use YTGrowAI after a change means you accept it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
